TIME AND TRAVEL COMPENSATION $100.00 PER VISIT

Disc herniation with left or right leg pain. The leg pain can not be older than 12 months.The study will pay for all the MRIs and X-Rays and Disc injection.

ll visits related tests and treatments are at NO charge to you:

  • Examination
  • Medication
  • Study related lab tests
  • EKG of heart
  • MRIs
  • Low back X-Rays
  • Qualified participants receive $100.00 per visit (total of 6 visits within 26 weeks which is duration of the study) plus traveling expense of $20.00 for MRI and $20.00 for X-ray per diagnostic study visit ( total of 4 MRIs and 4 X-rays diagnostic study visits with the 26 weeks)
