You need to have a Medical Record showing that you have had COPD at least past 3 months.
If you have Medical record then we can request a copy from your doctor or Hospital.
All study related tests and treatments are at NO charge to you:
- Examination
- Medication
- Study related lab tests
- EKG of heart
- Qualified participants also receive traveling expense of $75.00 to $100.00 per visit
