Sciatica pain down to leg or legs

TIME AND TRAVEL COMPENSATION $100.00 PER VISIT

The study medication is in form of pills taken by mouth.

Lower back pain going down to leg or legs.

We need to receive your medical record supporting your Sciatica .

After you sign a Medical release form then we will request it from your doctor. 

The study will pay for all the MRIs and X-Rays if study requires.

ll visits related tests and treatments are at NO charge to you:

  • Examination
  • Medication
  • Study related lab tests
  • EKG of heart
  • MRIs if study requires
  • Low back X-Rays if study requires
  • Qualified participants receive $100.00 per visit (total of 5-6 visits within 26 weeks which is duration of the study) plus traveling expense of $20.00 for MRI and $20.00 for X-ray per diagnostic study visit if study requires.
